The firm has an immediate need for a Senior Associate/Counsel with significant experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital, as well as meaningful experience in Public Securities. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in these areas and would be able to independently run a middle-market M&A deal or a venture transaction immediately upon joining the firm.
