Labor & Employment Associate – Los Angeles

My client law firm is seeking two (2) highly qualified associates with 2 to 3 years of specific, relevant experience to join the firm’s Employment & Labor Practice Group.

The Employment & Labor group handles all aspects of employment law and provides strategic advise and effective defense for a wide variety of legal issues, including complex class actions, discrimination and wrongful termination cases, tort and contract action, wage and hour law, workplace security-related litigation, as well as lawsuits concerning trade secrets and unfair trade practice claims. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in employment defense litigation. Experience in employment defense counseling is a plus. General litigation experience including, taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs and preparing and arguing motions is preferred. Requirements: 2-3 years solid employment defense litigation experience at a top law firm
