Employment Law Associate – Los Angeles

We have a terrific opportunity available for a junior Employment Law Associate (2009-2011). This is a premier firm with offices in Downtown LA and they are widely regarded amongst the finest firms in the world.

Ideal experience includes the following: substantive experience in advising clients on the design and operation of employee welfare and pension benefits, including internal revenue code, ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA. M&A experience is preferred. ERISA/Employee benefits litigation experience helpful, but not required. Again, this is the “IDEAL” wish list, but if you have any of the previous experience, you may well be a solid candidate for the position.
