The right candidate will have an electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or related background. Experience in drafting intellectual property provisions, portfolio development and strategy is also welcome.

Our second opportunity is with another strong national firm, and they are currently seeking a junior level Patent Associate. The right candidate will have a degree in biology, pharmacology, chemistry (or a related field). This position will include counseling clients on a wide range of IP matters, including copyrights and trademarks, prosecution, and data protection.
