As the new year gets underway, firms are beginning to update their needs and 2016 is picking up right where we left off in 2015 – in dire need of strong corporate Associates! In particular, I am looking for attorneys with transactional experience handling matters such as M&A, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures and capital market transactions.

The desired year/level can be flexible, but the sweet spot is 2-6 years, preferably with a well-known and highly-regarded law firm. Superior academic credentials, strong communication skills, and supervisory or management experience are also preferred.
