A seasoned Real Estate Partner in the Los Angeles office of an international firm has plans to retire at the end of this year.  He is currently seeking an attorney to help service his existing clients and, ultimately, take over his book of business, which has consistently been in the $500k – $600k range.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a Senior Associate/Counsel/Junior Partner with a portable book of business that would keep him/her busy about 30%-40% of the time.  The remaining hours would be helping to service the business of the retiring partner.  Billing rates are in the $500-$600/hr range but are flexible for the right person.
