I’m pleased to share with you an exclusive new assignment for an In-House Opportunity in the LA area.

My client is currently seeking an experienced attorney for their headquarters located in El Segundo, CA. The exact title is flexible and will depend on experience.

The ideal candidate will have approximately seven (7) years of law firm and/or in-house experience. This candidate will have a mix of both litigation and transactional experience, specifically with expertise in the following matters: drafting and reviewing a wide variety of contracts and other complex agreements, industry experience in technology/payments/services, and substantial first-hand experience managing litigation matters, such as breach of contract, real estate, and other complex commercial litigation matters.

The hours will generally be a predictable 9am – 5pm schedule. However, this position also offers significant flexibility, as well as the ability to work remotely, when appropriate. Compensation and benefits are very competitive and dependent on experience.
