Our client, a highly regarded and top-ranked international firm, is seeking a Corporate Litigation Associate/Of Counsel for its Los Angeles office from the class of 2009, 2010, or 2011. Given the firm’s thriving litigation practice, a portable book of business is not needed, even at this senior level.

The substantial responsibilities for this position will include leading and supervising complex commercial and corporate litigation matters, as well as maintaining client relationships, formulating strategy, preparing motions and briefings, pleadings, discovery, and depositions. The ideal candidate will have experience with consumer class actions, as well as knowledge of the TCPA, false advertising, unfair business practices, and data privacy statutes.
