Our client, a San Francisco based firm, is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate with experience in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, drafting agreements and contracts, and equity and debt financing. The right candidate will be comfortable taking on assignments across a broad range of business law matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a firm with a billable hour target of around 1,400 hours per year, while still doing the sophisticated work of a big law firm.
